Please suggest some low-cal snacks?

Sometimes in the evenings I feel very hungry but I don’t take anything to eat because I am scared I will gain weight. Please suggest some healthy low calorie snacks? I am 19 years old and weigh 70 kg.

 

There are many options for healthy snacks, which are low in calories also. Few of them are: -
* boiled channa chat.
* Steamed dhokla.
* Dal dosas or pan cakes.
* Fruit and sprout mix.
* Whole-wheat vegetable sandwich.

Other than these there are other roasted snacks available in the market. You
can pick up few, & test at home. Take a handful of roasted snack and keep it in
tissue paper & microwave for 20 seconds. If it leaves oil then be careful while
eating. Also include at least 3-4 whole fruits in a day.
