Low BP

I am 34 year old female, suffering from low blood pressure(95/55). What should be the normal blood pressure for any female of my age. Is there any way I can control the blood pressure by changing my food habbit.


The normal blood pressure readings are 120/80 mm of Hg. You can take care of your problem by following these dietary guidelines:
Take a well balanced diet.
Do not skip any meal, all meals are important.
Include lots of fresh fruits in your diet.
Increasing the salt intake may also help in some cases.
You can take a glass of fresh lime with salt and sugar whenever you feel the symptoms of low blood pressure.
